INGREDIENT

1/2 cup unsweetened soymilk
1 tbsp gochujang
One soft-boiled egg
green onion chopped
Sliced cremini mushrooms
furikake
Red pepper flake
INSTRUCTIONS
Make ramen noodles with boiling water. Remove and place aside.
In a large pot, combine 3/4 cup of water with 1 cup of soymilk. Simmer until it is a good consistency, then add gochujang, flavor packets, and oil.
Pour oil into a skillet that is heated to medium-high and cook mushrooms until they become tender.
Pour the broth into a bowl of noodles. Serve with green onions, mushrooms, egg, furikake, and red pepper chips.

INGREDIENTS
Two packs of Mike’s Mighty Good Ramen Any flavor
100g of ground chicken
Two cloves of garlic, minced
2 TBSP red curry paste
1/2 tbsp curry powder
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 coconut milk
1 tbsp cooking vinegar
1MMG soup base and seasoning oil
Green onions
Peanuts
METHOD
Medium heat, sauté minced garlic along with the ground chicken. Once the chicken is cooked, add red curry paste, curry powder, and Soy Sauce. Mix until the chicken gets evenly covered. Add coconut milk, chicken broth vinegar, soup base, and oil for seasoning. Once it is at the point of boiling, add the Ramen. Cook until the noodles Ramen are cooked or until the sauce becomes thicker. Sprinkle with green onions and the toasted peanuts.

INGREDIENTS
Any Mike’s Mighty Good Ramen Cup or Pillow Pack
1TBSP butter
One clove of garlic
1/4 cups milk
Two slices of American cheese American cheese
1 Tbsp Sriracha
1 tbsp hot sauce
1 tsp cayenne pepper
A pinch of red pepper Flakes
1 tbsp ramen water
METHOD
Ramen noodles are cooked and put the broth and the container of oil aside. On medium-high heat, Add butter and minced garlic and saute. Add cheese, milk, cayenne, sriracha, red pepper flakes, and hot sauce. Mix. Then let it simmer before adding cooked Ramen noodles. Add ramen broth if the sauce becomes too thick. You may also add a little of the seasonings from the broth packet to taste if you’d like an additional kick to the creamy Ramen sauce. Serve it with extra Sriracha as well as red pepper flakes.
